Clara Gesteira

Clara Gesteira is a travel writer who has been living on the move since 18, drawn to places through their food and the everyday rituals around it. Her work takes shape through presence: spending time in the ordinary rhythms of a place, observing without interrupting them. The uncomfortable parts of travel have become part of how she understands the world, so she’s learned to settle into the unfamiliar without asking it to change. Somewhere along the way, she also became deeply particular about coffee, and rarely compromises on it.
